About Speyside Scotch
Speyside is one of the five Whisky regions of Scotland. This region is located in northeastern Scotland and accounts for roughly 50% of the country’s whisky production. These Speyside Scotch whiskies tend to have flavor profiles that are fruity, sweet and nutty; featuring notes of apple, honey, vanilla and spice. They tend to be light, grassy lunchtime whiskies or have rich, sweet and sherried qualities.
