About the Loch Lomond Distillery
The Loch Lomond Distillery was founded in 1814 at the north end of Loch Lomond near Tarbet. Unfortunately few paper records were kept and the closing date of the Distillery is unclear. What we do know is that the Loch Lomond Distillery was reborn in 1965 by the former owners of the Littlemill Distillery in Bowling. The company continues to produce fine whiskies from the region that are enjoyed throughout the world.

Whisky Reviews:
Tobin’s Review 3 out of 5
Loch Lomond’s 12 year Single Malt Whisky has a shiny golden hue with peat on the nose followed by a light wood. The whisky has smooth flavors of wood with a slight sweetness that is offset by lightly smoked peat. The finish is a little woody with flavors of caramel.
