About Patron Spirits
In 1989, John Paul DeJoria and Martin Crowley founded Patron Spirits in Jalisco, Mexico. The pair wanted to produce one of the finest tequilas in Mexico and hired Francisco Alcaraz to do just that. The company’s first tequilas were Patron Silver and Patron Añejo. In 1992 the company would launch Patron Reposado and Patron XO Café. It wasn’t until 2017 that they would launch their crown jewel, Patron Extra Añejo. In 2018 Patron Spirits International joined Bacardi Limited and is one of the world’s fastest growing spirts brands!
